sustainable work and research environment and to transform a historic building into a modern tech hub\u2014while respecting its history and looking clearly toward the future. \n\n    <\/p>\n blend openness with structure: communicative spaces with flexible layouts designed for interdisciplinary dialogue, such as the former lecture hall with its integrated LED wall, the former archive with custom-built fixtures that comply with historic preservation regulations, and the open kitchen, which serves as a social hub.
