Requirements: global, complex, precise<\/h2>

Implementation: Coordination as a Core Discipline<\/strong>
\nA project of this magnitude doesn\u2019t happen behind closed doors. The planning took place in close coordination with the landlord, specialist planners, and international user teams\u2014from the initial layout study through to execution. Adjustments, such as new floor plans or technical redesigns, were continuously integrated and precisely incorporated into all planning stages.<\/p>\n

Identity Within the System<\/strong>
\nFrom a design perspective, this complexity translates into clarity: open ceilings, precisely integrated technical systems, a nuanced material and color concept, and specific branding and signage elements. Everything adheres to global guidelines\u2014while simultaneously creating a work environment that functions locally and immediately feels right.<\/p>\n
