Sophisticated architectural organization enables new ways of working:<\/h2>

Special workstations are located in the so-called “news desk” area. Here, under a large ceiling window, current topics are discussed at a long table, just like in a newspaper editorial office. Kinzo was involved in the project from an early stage and accompanied the change management process. In workshops and by means of surveys among the employees, functional requirements were examined as well as the mood of the teams. These findings formed the basis for the design of the premises.\n<\/div>\n \n
