Our concept for this project was to integrate the identity of the industrial real estate portfolio into the charm of a time-honored building.

Kinzo Architekten's approach combines the historic architecture of the building with industrial elements, thus creating a unique symbiosis of two identities in the aristocratic building.
In contrast, quiet working environments create a relaxed atmosphere with meeting and retreat rooms. A round room is designed as a think tank that promotes creative exchange.

The reduced forest of columns and the deliberately distinguishable columns from the walls should be perceived as an integral part of the architecture. Steel is used experimentally, for example in the roller shutter door or a large magnetic storage wall, which characterizes the office both functionally and aesthetically.
