For a U.S.- based veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer, we designed a workplace that does exactly what the location was intended to do: bring the company culture to life. Innovation, animal welfare, collaboration, and flexibility were not merely planned but made tangible through the physical space—open, forward-thinking, and with a culture that welcomes more than just people.
Four areas, one common goal
At TRION on Leipziger Platz in Berlin, we have combined four separate rental spaces into a cohesive, hybrid work environment.
The result is a New Work office that facilitates collaboration, allows for privacy, and flexibly supports the daily work routine. Open spaces, room-within-a-room systems, meeting rooms, and focus zones flow seamlessly into one another—because today, good office design must do one thing above all else: think ahead.
Work Environments with Fur
Our solution reimagines work—even for those who don’t speak but are still part of the team. Zones like “Meadow,” “Farm,” or “Lake” provide clear guidance for space planning and translate a company’s DNA into the physical space. And yes: pets are welcome.
