Design? Restraint with attitude. A light gray tone runs like a common thread through the walls and furniture, while the orange-red of the corporate identity takes center stage—for example, in the spiral staircase, which not only connects but is also Instagram-worthy. The foyer? Stage, meeting place, retreat—all at once.
Karsten Jahnke sums it up: “It was important to us that this place makes our history tangible—while remaining open to new ideas.”
Mirrored ceilings open up the space, dark green glazed wall units add depth, and plants bring life to the room. Acoustic spray plaster on the ceiling makes the sound so smooth that even the loudest ideas seem quiet.
For Kinzo, the project is more than just a job: it’s a statement. Hamburg, attitude, identity—and a little bit of club feeling. Welcome to an architecture of resonance.
