Out of boredom, into fun!

New Work, Munich, 2025
// LEED - Certification
Who says that international commercial law firms only need gray corridors and endless doors? We dared to transform – and how! The redesign of the office space of an internationally active law firm in Munich has created a working environment that combines the demands of a leading global law firm with the principles of modern working environments.

Identity in color and function

The core of the building? Far from being a blind spot, the “Mountain” is a highlight that creates identity, stretching across the floors and combining storage space, kitchenettes, and buffets in a thoughtfully way.
Color gradients in red, green, and yellow per floor, each in four brightness levels, create orientation and atmosphere. A special design highlight is the integration of the CI color: we had the special color “Milky Way” from Rohi manufactured specifically for the project for the acoustic panels, the upholstery fabric of the upholstered furniture, and the curtain fabric.

Sustainability with style
LEED Gold certification? Done! Conservation of gray energy, reuse of Vitra classics, and greening with hydroponics—here, sustainability is not just preached, but lived. We particularly like the table legs in the employee common area, which are made from former granite facade slabs.

Technology & comfort
New ventilation system, heated and cooled ceiling sails, and a room climate that invites you to stay. All under the motto: less boredom, more law firm charisma.

Kinzo is a lawyer’s darling – and it shows. This project demonstrates how interior design is becoming a strategic tool in the war for talent. An office that not only functions, but inspires.
