Krafton, the Korean software company behind the popular game PUBG, has teamed up with architecture firm Kinzo and the local office Daewon to create a new gaming heaven in the heart of Seoul.
The PUBG red vertical staircase connects all the floors together in the existing building, which represents the integration of the gaming culture with functional and aesthetic architectural elements.
The upper floor (communal area), whose layout was planned together with local architecture firm Daewon, was deliberately intended to be bright, as it also has access to the roof terrace, so that employees can enjoy a very conscious break in the office in a very pleasant atmosphere. The 8,675 sqm PUBG HQ, completed in 2022, is not just an office – it’s a blend of PUBG’s vibe and cutting-edge design. From flexible workspaces to a rooftop retreat with epic Gangnam views, it’s where work meets play.
