From an imperial garden bath to an amusement palace with a revue theater - the historic Admiralspalast in a backyard of Berlin's Friedrichstraße has led an eventful life since its opening in 1911.

In 2023, the international tech start-up CoachHub will move into the top floors. Kinzo was responsible for the design and development of the space. The unique history and a forward-thinking New Work concept served as the design template for the Unicorn company's new headquarters.
