BerlinHyp

The new corporate headquarters of the German bank BerlinHyp highlights a partnership grounded on mutual learning from the process. Kinzo’s consultancy focused on the concept of developing the office from the inside to the outside, creating a functional space program through the consideration of different building blocks. Together with the results of a needs assessment study, a module catalog and a structural analysis, this collection of data helped guide the client in laying the groundwork for an international architecture competition won by C.F. Møller in 2020.

Two interim sites were designed based on the results of the needs assessment study.  As laboratory spaces, here, employees are testing out the new work concepts and change management solutions, gently shaping their transition into a new working world.
